Theodore Cummins, recently sent to the asylum, was arraigned before Court Commissioner Bob Anderson and a jury comprising Albert Heits R B E Hawke H D Clark M F Naylin and Andrew Morrow. He had been a patient at the Blackfoot Idaho asylum.

New contractor Fagnant will leave for LaBarge to erect a six room bungalow on Phil Twichell ranch. The project signals Wyoming ranch prosperity with new homes rising in the livestock district. Earlier Fagnant finished a house on Clint Holland ranch near Beckwith. Bissinger and Soman promote top market prices for hides and pelts to customers.
