Molinar Warehouse Burglarized Leading to Arrest in Whiskey Heist
The Hyer warehouse of Angelo Molinar was broken into on Sunday night and two cases of whiskey stolen. City Marshal Dan Harrity and Gower, who later claimed the whiskey, found twenty-one bottles of Yellowstone whiskey in a room above the Dewey saloon, along with one bottle half full. Gover was arrested and jailed as a suspect in grand larceny. preliminary exam scheduled soon. Gover claimed he bought the whiskey from two street youths after paying $10 in cash and promising the balance later, with no identification of the youths.
