Wyoming editor returns to fold in Kemmerer
The Kemmerer publishing house notes C. P. Diehl of Burley Idaho has taken over the Rock Springs Independent. Diehl, who started the Kemmerer era with the Black Diamond, has returned from several Idaho postings and resumed Wyoming newspaper work. The paper discusses coal operator miner union talks in Denver and debates the proper balance between labor rights and political influence, urging fair treatment of workers and cautioning against politicization of labor demands.
