J I Trimble a switchman for the 10 5 L Railroad was caught by a guard rail at Oakley and run down by two cars at about 10 30 in the morning on the 3rd inst He suffered severe injuries to his right arm left leg and right foot and died before reaching Rock Springs Hospital A sober industrious man he leaves a wife and one child with the community extending sympathy in their hour of misfortune.

On the 2nd last at Frontier about 10 o'clock in the morning Frank Bob lish an Austrian was caught by a fall of rock while working in Kemmerer Coal Company's mine. He died the same day around 2 o'clock. Acting Coroner Rosenberg summoned a jury and viewed the remains. Deceased leaves a wife and four minor children. He had worked for the company for years and his loss is deeply lamented. Also mentions Chamberlains Stomach and Liver Tablets offered by J L B Stoberts.
