Pursuant to Roosevelt guidance the Wyoming state convention of Great War veterans will meet in Casper on April 26 1919 at 10 AM to appoint delegates for the National Convention in St Louis May 6 9 and 10 1919. Delegates from counties will be apportioned to align with county conventions held earlier. County chairmen are asked to call meetings by April 28 1919 to select delegates under temporary Wyoming law.
