Lincoln County Commissioners Continue 1916 Proceedings
The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners met in Kemmerer on April 5 1916 with full attendance. The minutes show approval of previous records and approval of numerous county claims including salaries for clerks treasurers and officials plus costs for witnesses road work and poor relief. The board discussed funding for a new road out of Kemmerer toward the Green River valley and noted local tax and wage items along with several petty cash disbursements.
