Mentions the Wyoming Tribune urging Roosevelt support, Carrie Nation visiting Salt Lake City and opposing her, and Salt Lake City's anticipation of cheaper woven goods as prices drop from 81.00 to 20–25 cents per hundred.
United States Land Office Evanston Wyoming publishes notice that Joas L Lave of Rewmerer Uinta County Wyoming has filed to purchase the northeast corner of section 25 township 42 north range 116 west 6th principal meridian as timber and stone land. Adverse claimants must file within sixty days. Witnesses named are William Newbrough Arthur Hobinson Charles Boweh and Hebert St Lewis. Proof to be before the registrar at Evanston on May 4 1908. Feb 24 1903.
The district schools shall be free and accessible to all children aged six to twenty one, with regulators set by the district board. Parents must send children to school for at least three months yearly, except for invalids or cases where attendance would injure health. Exemptions require a physician certificate and board minutes stating reasons, with appeal to the county superintendent whose decision is final.
The notice states that parents or guardians of children aged seven to sixteen may be fined up to twenty five dollars for non attendance and that police must report idle children to the school board. The county superintendent must press charges for willful violations, with the trustees of School District No 10 enforcing the laws strictly in Kemmerer Wyoming on April 9 1903.
