Citizens gathered Tuesday for primaries voting as a group for Kittredge. Mr Rounds claims to have rid the area of thirty seven grey wolves. Mr Gilchrist elected to office. J J Solon bought a horseless carriage and rides now. A storm Wednesday damaged crops with hail. Edward Fremole's barn overturned last Thursday. No fatalities.
Local merchants advertise land sales and new ads while residents travel and events are noted. Names include Skrove Bros Land Co J C Pease Kadoka State Bank Stevenson Zemanek and E R Cooper plus residents such as Martha Hamlin Tom Hammans and John Kimball. Weather mentions 12 to 20 inches of rain last month and rail service changes due to a bridge closure.
Albert Nelson and Paul Pretzer visited Kadoka Tuesday while Harry Sigler called on friends in Cottonwood and Milton Young of White Willow stayed in the area Wednesday. A severe hail storm on June 11 damaged growing crops in the locality.
