Kadoka Enacts Wide Moral and Peacekeeping Ordinance
Kadoka South Dakota adopts Ordinance No 5 outlawing loud noise rioting indecent dress and other acts. The measure sets penalties for drunkenness trespass dog fighting unsafe property littering prostitution gambling and multiple other public order offenses. Passed July 2 1908 by J A Jones and Frank Coye.
