Indianapolis, Ind December 28 The jury returned a verdict finding thirty eight of the forty defendants guilty on all counts in conspiracy indictments. Two defendants Samuel Buckley Davenport Ia and Herman Seifert Milwaukee were found not guilty and discharged by Judge Anderson. The guilty were remanded to county jail with sentencing set for Monday.
