Ninety nine saloonkeepers pleaded guilty yesterday to keeping their bars open on Sundays per the county clerk’s checking sheet. Grover Hill and Frank Parkison, both of Joliet, were brought before Justice Hawk this morning charged with killing a pheasant south of Wilmington.
