Miss Edna Keith conducts primary reading numbers and construction classes before several hundred teachers at the Will County Institute. G P Randle of Mattoon led a geography session emphasizing map location and spoke on school law applications. Miss Keith’s Pupils assisted and performed well in readings and numbers as construction work began.
Fat Aan Mila weather bulletin forecasts fair tonight with likely unsettled conditions Friday. It notes continued warmth and light easterly to southerly winds.
Yesterday morning under Miss Keith's direction children made paper caps and boxes and enjoyed the hour. This morning second graders read a fable again. J. M. Thompson promised his boys' orchestra would assist in the music hour at the institute this afternoon.

The School for Nurses at Silver Cross hospital holds graduation exercises this evening in the Auditorium. Dr. Marion K Bowles presents the five graduates as Henry Leach awards certificates. Rev. Harry Westbrooke Reed delivers the commencement address, with musical numbers featured. All hospital friends are invited.
