A. F. Reitman, 29, Chicago, employed by United States Express Co., died after falling from gallery No 6 in Joliet Illinois State Penitentiary West Cell House. Coroner’s inquest returns open verdict but indicates possible suicide during a personal crisis. Reitman had been jailed for larceny as bailee and leaves a wife and family.
