Silver Cross Nurse Graduation Planned for Thursday

Twenty-Second Annual St Marys Academy Graduation

The twenty second annual commencement of St Marys academy held before a packed Joliet theater audience. Father McNamee delivered the address and diplomas were presented. a large cast performed a cantata and selections by the senior elocution class. The graduates included Mary Talbot Edna Park Susie Meehan and eleven others. Continuous praise was given to the pupils and the school under the Ladies of Loretto for high standards in literature music and art. The program featured choruses duets recitations and a Queen themed cantata with awards for academics and attendance.
