New York June 20 seven bodies of Slocum disaster victims were recovered this morning bringing total to 4637. Bodies arrive at various points hourly and 30 funerals were held. Relief fund stands at 35000 with aim to 160000. Coroner's inquest begins today with over two hundred witnesses summoned.

The North bound Chicago cargo street car struck two men, Frank McCarney and Graw, as they attempted to cross near 27 Framete Street. Both victims died at St Joseph's Hospital after being taken to Lockport Kingston offices for treatment. Eyewitnesses said alcohol influenced their decision to cross. the car was moving fast and the crash occurred instantly.
