Ingalls pushes for factory site aid from SD board

L. E. Ingalls urged highway commissioners to grant land and drainage concessions to lure a woolen mill factory here. Officials withheld the business name, but hinted a mill with $12,000 to $15,000 in machinery and at least some jobs may be built, depending on urged board support. A northeast street widening petition and road improvements were discussed, with no firm action on the plant.
