Frank Tow Injured After Fall From Pole
Frank Tow a Chicago Telephone lineman fell from a forty foot pole at Second Avenue and Richards Street shortly before noon today. He sustained a serious head injury, a broken left leg, and other injuries when the safety harness broke. Tow dropped head first onto a stone flag below and was removed to his home on Van Buren Street.
