A basement fire at the O. B. Brush Printing Co. in Ottawa Street caused heavy damage and injured William Eaton of No. 1 company while fighting the blaze. The second blaze, starting in the basement near an elevator shaft, was discovered early and suppressed with extensive water use. officials blamed no definite cause though electrical wiring is considered.
