Three Wilmington youths whipped in Braidwood saloon incident
In Braidwood a trio from Wilmington threatened to shoot a bar girl and demanded drinks. Joseph Klepac pursued them and two men, Brophy and C Haley, were horsewhipped by Elenac. Haley and Brophy fled toward Wilmington while the third assailant disappeared.
