Joliet chapter RA M No 27 elected officers at their meeting last night and filled appointive posts. Names include H P F W Werner and K George A Bissel as officers, with W H Nevens as chaplain and J O S Carter as third vice. Tyler John Butler and organist T J Converse are listed among appointments.
