Peddlers fined for peddling under license in Rockdale
Louié Ondloff a 22 year old Russian born resident of Chicago was arrested with a furs bundle for peddling in defiance of a license ordinance. Magistrate Allen distrusted his claim of ignorance and fined Ondloff three dollars. Ioe Conners formerly a Rockdale alderman and police magistrate paid one dollar and costs and was released after waiving rights following charges of intoxication and a fracture.
