A drunken Joliet pedlar, John Carroll, lost $92 to a trio in Steve Ohla’s saloon. Blacky Lavin, Steve Smith, and Robert Flemming were arrested after witnesses and police traced the robbery to the hour of 5 pm last Thursday. Bond set at $1,500 each. suspects await trial in county jail.

Last winter the sport thrived with four rinks, two dropped out, and Captain Pearson will open the Armory rink with champion Jack Fotch as the attraction. The administrator of Thomas Lisdero's estate sues Chicago and Joliet Electric Railway Co in Circuit Court for 10900 after Lisdero was killed on North Collins Street July 23 while returning from a Merchants' picnic at Dellwood Park. He leaned from a southbound car and was struck by a northbound car. Lisdero resided on South Chicago Street.
