William Yocum’s Benton ten acre tract with a dwelling. William and co defendants' Briarcreek twenty two acre cleared tract with dwelling. fifty acre Briarcreek tract with multiple buildings. Mount Pleasant fifty three acre twenty perches with a one and a half story house. Each property is seized in execution. One half purchase due at sale. remainder due Wednesday. Sheriff John Snyder.
