No Creamery Trust Formed After Expired Indianapolis Options
Report states options on Indianapolis creameries expired yesterday and local creameries likely will not join a trust. Promoters offered a 90 day renewal with higher prices, but deal could not be completed. Mortgage filed by Mullen Blackledge Company in Richmond ties to Wayne county creameries and Indianapolis properties, prompting suspicion of a push toward trust formation. The mortgage covered bonds to be issued by Mullen Blackledge, but did not transfer ownership of the secured property, including Furnass creamery on street.
