Destructive cyclone devastates Cochran Ranch in Saline valley
A cyclone struck the C G Cochran ranch seven miles north of Hays Kansas causing about 10000 dollars in damages. Two dwellings barns sheds and a windmill were destroyed or damaged and two families were left homeless. Odd debris scattered across the yard and fence with livestock unharmed. A cellar with five boys remained safe as the storm tore through the property.
