Regents Plan New Building Helped by Local Vote

Regents met on Thursday to approve a new school room piano and proceed with building plans on West Jones Street near the 80 acre grounds. The plan includes a 70 foot wide avenue, a stone building facing Jones Street, trees along the street, sidewalks on both sides, and a bid process opening soon with plans exhibited March 10. Local officials, residents, and officers await bids and hope for swift construction while noting recent civic improvements and community events.

High School Seniors Shape Scrub Geometry Team Ambitions

Western Kansas Normal invites teachers to plan ahead for exams

The Eries have returned to the Ness county home and the taila at the Normal school has quit. Three others of the family will return home for awhile. Floyd Mullard and sister also went back to Ness county. Mr. Shaeffer of Rush county left. New students are coming for spring term. Jessie Wolfe visited. The coach is gone and classes adjust to new arrangements. A Ravel county student may enroll at State Normal in Hays. Regents visited town, and Mrs. Picken planned to entertain them.
