Justus Bissing begins electric residence on West Second Street in C. W. Reeder addition. Tob Owens occupies Wagner house at Second and Ash. Mrs. Carter of Ellis and her mother visited Hays on Wednesday. Tom Carrick denies mayoral candidacy. Frank Walz moved nearly all Yacemento houses to West Junista Street lots. G W. Stimits leaves Madden employ for new lumber firm. Dr. Haas visits Kansas City brother and wife Friday through Monday.
