George Grass opens a sew store and Miss Ruby Taylor returns from an injury. Dr. Farley buys back a local drug store after a dispute. A crowd attends Uncle Tom's Cabin, with cake walking and dancing. Sheriff in Cherokee tests a new election law. bondsmen seek payment. Cotten seed meals arrive for reservations, and a calf of civic doings fills the town page with theater plans, auctions, and local travels.
Altho they added four extra rows of seats the hall was full ten hours before opening making the largest audience ever for the troupe.
