Catholic Youth Organization also hosts a haunted house 8 to 10 p.m. at the National Guard Armory, 200 Main, 3 dollars adults, 2 dollars children 8 and under.
A schedule of community events includes a debate between Collegiate Republicans and Young Democrats at Fort Hays State University Memorial Union, a satellite fasting and praying gathering by Liberty Christian Fellowship, a Victoria High School play Dogsbreath Devereaux the Dastardly Doctor, and a Peddlers Fair hosted by United Methodist Women. Also listed are a Wichita Theatre presentation, American Legion breakfast, a Boy Scout car wash, a Festival of Faith celebration, and safety lights campaign. Tickets and details are provided for each event with locations in Hays and nearby towns.
