Across Kansas Tuesday expect partly cloudy skies with cooler air in the northwest and warmer conditions in the southeast. Lows range from the mid-30s northwest to the upper 40s southeast, while daytime highs rise from the upper 60s in the north to the mid-70s in the southeast.
