In conjunction with the Wild West Festival the Ellis County Historical Society Museum hosts a yard sale from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 4 on the west side of the building to benefit the museum. Donations accepted through June 27 and must be in good condition with no clothing. A History Hunt runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 4 and 1 to 5 p.m. July 5 with a buffalo relief carving by Pete Felten awarded at 4 p.m. July 5. Tickets are $1 each or six for $5 at the museum.
