FedEx to Acquire Kinko's for 2.4 Billion Dollars
FedEx Corp agreed to buy Kinko's copy shop chain for 2.4 billion dollars in cash from Clayton Dubilier Rice. The deal will expand FedEx’s retail footprint and provide access to Felix services as full service counters are added to all Kinko's stores. The acquisition is expected to close in Q1 2004 with Kinko's management remaining.
