A 23 year old El Segundo man plans to plead guilty to two securities fraud counts and one wire fraud count for issuing a fake press release that crashed Emulex stock, netting about 241 000 while investors suffered near 110 million in losses. The plea could yield 37 to 46 months in prison plus fines and restitution.
