Community Memory Tree Lighting for Hospice and Local Arts

A Thursday schedule features a 10 30 a m memory tree lighting at Hays Medical Center Miller Medical Pavilion with brass dove ornaments for donors. Fort Hays State University Symphonic Winds hold a fall concert at Beach Schmidt Performing Arts Center with tickets 6 for adults 4 for seniors and youths 13 to 18. Elsewhere a Victoria cathedral concert at St Fidelis Church starts 8 p m and a Holiday Country Store at Joy Fellowship Church runs 9 a m to noon with proceeds to missionaries in Guatemala and Belize.
