Public notices include USD 302 and USD 293 board meetings and a Kansas Area Agency on Aging Information Day in Grainfield with a $2 meal donation.

The Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ellis County host a holiday open house from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday with a 5:30 p.m. auction of memorabilia from three state universities to raise funds. autographed Kansas basketball, Kansas State football, and Fort Hays State basketball will be auctioned.
