R Carr Found Dead in Cabin Near Florence
Robert Carr, a noted Florence mining man, was found dead in his cabin near the old town of Florence. Sheriff Kiners and Prosecutor Tatta bang planned an inquest with Deputy Webb, and the body was to be moved by toboggan with help from two or three men. Carr owned the Gold Lake placer property and had been in Florence about four years since returning from Alaska. His sister Esther Carr resided in Dayton, Washington.
