A 16 year old boy will be tried in Gaston Superior Court on felonious house breaking and larceny. Judge Froneberger verified the youth’s age before binding over 300 dollars bond for Roger Comer of 602 Bessemer City Road. Comer is charged with breaking into M S Heffner’s home on April 25 and stealing pennies valued at 400 dollars. Detectives R G Brittain and L G Haskell arrested him shortly after the alleged theft.
