Two Foreign Textile Executives In Training In Gastonia
Salim of Tehran Iran and B P Setty of Davangere India are in Gaston County for training under a U S Department of Labor exchange program. Salim begins a six month course at Belmont NC textile school while Setty intern at Globe Spinning Co Mt Holly for three weeks after completing a textiles course in Lowell Massachusetts. They were welcomed by Lester L Loiselle and visited Brice T Dickson at the Gastonia Chamber of Commerce this week.
