David Ervin Felder 21 of 110 Dixie street pleaded guilty in Gastonia Municipal Court to leaving the scene of an accident. Judge V E Shive imposed a suspended 31 day sentence. a driving without a license charge was dropped after Felder showed a valid license. He agreed to pay Martin's TV Service 363.91 for damages to the service truck and a tube tester. Police said Felder admitted backing into the truck and leaving the scene, claiming he thought he hit a pole.
