N J Hackensack A 1 year old bank official has admitted stealing 104000 over two decades. Albert J Schwenker assistant treasurer and secretary of Peoples Trust Co of Bergen County pleaded guilty before U S Commissioner Theodore Kiscarras in Rutherford. He said the embezzlement came from dormant account deposits and a fictitious Smith account. FBI auditors estimate total missings about 117000.
