Howard C. Cobb formerly of Mt. Holly died Thursday night in a Birmingham Alabama hospital. Funeral Saturday afternoon with a church service at Mt Holly and a 7 p.m. student and service man led service in the chapel. Survivors include two sisters Mrs Frank Harmon of Gastonia and Mrs Tom Shetley of Dalzell and three brothers Russell Cobb of Detroit Tom Cobb of Pennsylvania and A B Cobb. The WSCS and MYF will coordinate a supper and the pastor Rev George W Bumgarner will lead the 1 a.m. worship service titled An Adult Word: Responsibility. Public is invited.
