Wil Han Ardte Huffstickler aged 56 died at his home on North Cherry Street after a short illness. Funeral services were held at Cradley Memorial Methodist Church with pastors Rev. John Carper and Rev. J J Pichard officiating. Burial was in Gaston Memorial Park Cemetery. Survived by wife Rose Pate Huffstickler, son Carl, daughters Troy Webb E A Sechrest and Raymond Biddix, two sisters, and eight grandchildren. Native of Kings Mountain, he lived in Gastonia most his life and operated the Improved Tension Company.
