Mrs Susan Kincaid Dies at 87 in Olney Community
Mrs. Susan Kincaid widow of Joseph R. Kincaid died Sunday night at age 87 at her daughter's home on Union road. She was a longtime member of Olney Presbyterian church, widow of a Gastonia contractor, and survived by four sons and one daughter. Funeral services were held Monday at Olney Presbyterian Church.

East Baptist adds Sunday school room with class effort
The Baraca class of East Baptist church completed a commodious addition costing about 400 dollars. The first service in the new room is set for Sunday at 10 o clock with Rev. W C Barrett of First Baptist delivering the address. The class, taught by Mr. W L Walters, has nearly 100 members and the East Baptist Sunday school now enrolls about 400, the largest in the South Fork Association.
