Christmas program at First Baptist Dallas hosted by Interdenominational Ministers Alliance of Gaston County with Rev W M Herron, Rev E L Hogan, and Rev avalo M Young. Marriage announced for Pauline Woods and William J Brown in York SC. Christmas program at Rhynes Tabernacle AME Zion Church led by Ruben Thomas Jr and Rev M L Campbell. Obituary notes for Mrs Golee Swan Herring of Washington DC with extensive survivors. St Marks Church schedule includes mid week prayer, Sunday school, worship, shut in, and broadcast. Christmas seal fundraising reports listed from Tabernacle Baptist, St Pauls Baptist, and others.
The Lottie Moon group met for a Christmas party at Mrs. Ann Jenkins home. Sunset Forest Baptist Church held its annual Christmas program and a church party. D. R. Humphrey and T. Jeffers led the drive as reports urged completion before holidays. Several local families and relatives visited or hosted gatherings over the weekend.
