Negro Boy Sentenced for 90 Days On The Roads
An 11 year old Negro boy was sent to 90 days on the roads after being convicted by Gastonia Municipal Court of stealing a 44 dollar portable radio from MilMar Electric on Marietta Street. The radio was found in a pawn shop with the owner traced. The shop kept 3.25 of the 3 pawned. Others listed paid costs for speeding or dis orderly conduct including George Dee 30, Franklin Davis 23, and several individuals from Bessemer City, Forest City, and Greenville.
