Gl Slaying Is Probed
A special board at Monmouth NJ is investigating the fatal shooting of Capt Cecil G McCary 46 of Falls Church Virginia found slumped in a chair at the Signal Corps center. A .45 caliber bullet wound ended his life with the pistol on the floor. Maj Gen Victor A Conrad ordered the inquiry. McCary worked for Howard P Foley Construction Co before joining the Army in 1945. He came to the Signal Corps school last September from the Virginia Military District HQ in Richmond. His wife Martha stayed in Falls Church during the school term.

Man Submits To Second Driving Drunk Offense
