Nudist Camp Custody Battle Divides Parents in Washington
In Yakima County Superior Court Judge Cameron Hopkins ruled that a mother must not take her two daughters, aged 14 and 9, to a nudist camp while the divorce case over access and support proceeds. The father, divorced since 1967, sought to prohibit nudist outings. the mother defended the camp as family friendly and said both families attend. The judge also ordered increased child support and framed nudism as a First Amendment issue with limits based on welfare of the children.
