Mrs Alice Haynes hosted a dinner for Clover residents including Flov Mr Mars Atlee Mary Ratchford Martin Patterson Wille Lee Moore Frank Murry and Mrs Oakland Caul well of Helmont and Janus Anytws of Charlotte Lincoln Academy News Ds and Mra If O McDowell were recent dinner guests of Mr ayyl and Mrs Edward Orang. McDowell later visited friends in Gettysburg Baltimore and New York. They plan to reside in New Haven Conn and McDowell will teach missionary courses at Martind University. Social courtesies were extended to the couple during their stay. The first annual Fellowship dinner of St Stephen s AME Zion Church is set for Friday at 7 30 p m August 28 with the public invited to support a worthy cause. The House of Prayer service Friday night will be broadcast on Radio Station WONT AM and FM with Elder I We Muda leading the music.
