Gastonia weighs six IDEAL downtown grant requests
Gastonia leaders consider six new IDEAL grant applications totaling 41656 to aid downtown businesses. If approved, funds would be reimbursed after completion of facade upgrades, architectural design costs, or related improvements. Planet Fitness to Open South Gastonia Location in 2020
Gaston County's third Planet Fitness will open in the Robin Wood Shopping Center in south Gastonia in spring 2020. The former Harris Teeter, sold for 2.5 million to Robinwood Holdings, is undergoing renovations by JC Builders, with a 44,000 square foot space at 1751 Near Hawkins Road.
