Charlotte airport to get 26 million facelift
Charlotte-Douglas International A irport will receive a 26 million upgrade with a 160000 square foot terminal addition housing an upscale department store and shops. Construction starts in two weeks and should finish in about two years, as airport chief Jerry Orr reports plans are on schedule amid Lufthansa’s Frankfurt flights and possible carrier attractions.
