Two former Gastonia police officers Randy Ramsey and Kyle Shepard were sentenced to minimum security prisons in Pennsylvania, four to five months, after being found guilty of civil rights violations against street people. One ex-officer, serving a longer term, was sent to an out-of-state prison. Ramsey and Shepard must report March 26.
